I'm an advertising creative director, writer, filmmaker, dancer, social good and animal advocate – in search of love & meaning in my life. I begrudgingly started this blog in 2011, when my personal essay writing teacher insisted that we have a public space for our writing. I hated the idea of putting my inner thoughts on the interwebs, but decided if I had to do it, it should serve as a reminder to myself and others of my guiding spiritual principle: that all of life's challenges exist to help us grow in some way. It's up to us to find the lesson.
